The brief was to design a 3 BHK Bungalow on a 625 Sq.ft. plot. The site is paced on a densely packed street with a 6m wide road on the front end, a temple on one side and buildings on other 2 sides, slotted without any side margins.

The major challenge was to maximize natural light and ventilation within these tight constraints. To achieve this, we have stacked the core, passages and toilets on the rear end, and the habitable rooms towards the road.

The facade is highlighted by very modern and minimalistic elements in contrast with the adjacent temple.
