URGENT JOB OPENING - CUSTOMER SUPPORT - ONLINE STORE

A start-up online store involved in retailing of Indian regional language contents is looking for highly energetic and enthusiastic individuals to grow their presence in online retailing.
LOCATION: Chennai, Villivakkam

QUALIFICATION

Degree: Min 12th (or) any degree.
Experience: No experience required, but prior experience in customer handling / support will be a plus.

SKILLS

Candidate should possess the following skills:
• Ability to read, write and communicate using Tamil, English. Knowing other Indian languages (Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam) is a plus
• Possess basic knowledge in using computers (E-Mail handling, download / upload files to company website)
• Provide voice support to customers in English / Tamil and email support to customers in English
• Maintain store inventory
• Track invoicing and delivery
• Should be ready to do physical work of making small to medium size packages and deliver.
• Willing to involve in vendor management and business development activities
• Ability to plan, negotiate and on-board vendors enabling company growth
• Willing to travel and represent the company in external events

WORK TIMINGS

9 AM - 6 PM (MON - SAT)
SALARY
Rs 4000 - Rs 6000 per month
