Five Elementss
There are a few combinations of vitamins that can help improve their absorption and effectiveness in the body. Here are a few examples:
Vitamin D and Calcium: Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium, which is important for maintaining strong bones and teeth.
Vitamin C and Iron: Vitamin C helps the body absorb iron from plant-based sources, such as spinach and lentils.
Vitamin E and Selenium: Vitamin E and selenium work together as antioxidants to protect the body from damage caused by free radicals.
Vitamin B12 and Folate: Vitamin B12 and folate are important for red blood cell production and can help prevent anemia.
It's worth noting that taking excessive amounts of certain vitamins can have negative health effects, so it's important to talk to a healthcare provider before starting any vitamin supplement regimen. Natural food is the best supplement.

Liver 3 Accupressure Point
The liver’s job in TCM is to regulate and smooth the flow of qi (Energy) through the body. If the liver doesn’t do this, our digestive organs can’t do the job of digesting our food and people can end up with variable bowel movements, gas or abdomen pain. Some might call this a “nervous stomach”.
The liver meridian circles around the ge****ls. We use this point for hernia pain, ge***al pain, urinary tract infections etc. Also if qi doesn’t well, blood doesn’t either so gynecological issues can arise such as menstrual cramps, irregular periods or fibroids.
The liver is associated with wind. In TCM, certain issues or symptoms have the qualities of wind—they move around, are intermittent or they attack the upper portions of the body, the head and the face. Liver 3 can address issues like dizziness, headache and facial paralysis. Pair this point with Large Intestine 4 and you’ve got a great point combo for jaw pain, headache, stress, depression, irritability and insomnia.
If you are feeling any of the symptoms above or you want to give your Liver a little support, wash your hands, get in a comfortable position and gently hold or massage this point for 2-5 minutes. Your liver will thank you.
