Mensa brands was founded byAnanth Narayanan and Pawan Kumar Dasaraju in 2021. It follows the Thrasio-based style in which it will acquire online brands and helps them to scale up through which the founder of those brands will get a profitable exit.

The first cry was founded by Supam Maheshwari and Amitava Saha in 2010. It was started with the intention to fill the demand and supply gap in Baby products in India. First cry is associated with over 1200 brands like Ben10, Pampers, Hotwheels, Disney and so on. It is now India's largest omnichannel for baby care products.
