Looking for Site Supervisor for Interior & Construction

We’re on a hunt for someone who can ensure quality, and help us turn designs into reality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Coordination

- Oversee on-site construction and interior work.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and workers.
- Monitor day-to-day progress, workforce, and materials.
- Ensure work aligns with approved designs and specs.

2. Quality Control

- Conduct regular quality checks.
- Ensure finishes (carpentry, painting, lighting, etc.) and match design expectations.
- Inspect FF&E installation.

3. Schedule Monitoring

- Track progress and maintain timelines.
- Resolve delays.
- Keep a daily log and report to management.

4. Safety & Compliance

- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with codes.
- Ensure proper PPE use.
- Report incidents immediately.

5. Resource Management

- Manage labor and subcontractors.
- Monitor material use and reduce waste.
- Maintain tools and equipment.

6. Client & Vendor Communication

- Be the communication bridge between clients, designers, and site teams.
- Share updates and manage vendor coordination.

7. Documentation & Reporting

- Keep accurate records, document change orders & client requests, ensure approvals, and submit reports for the project manager and stakeholders.

Key Skills:
- Knowledge of interior design and construction techniques.
- Ability to read architectural drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication & organization.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and tracking tools.
