1. Clear knowledge of OOPS and PHP concepts.
2. Good knowledge of JS/JS/Ajax and based frameworks in order to edit and use the existing libraries.
3. Enough knowledge of HTML(5)/CSS(3) to take care of sliced pages to deliver the full fledged product along with using Twitter Bootstrap.
4. Exposure with atleast 2 CMSs out of WordPress, Joomla, Magento, OpenCart, PrestaShop, Drupal, Typo 3, Concrete, X-Cart, Zen Cart etc...
5. Exposure with at least 1 framework out of Yii, Laravel, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Zend etc...
6. Follow the best coding practices in order to have best Security, Website Speed and scalability.
7. Should be able to perform unit testing.
