REX: A new asset class on Binance Smart Chain

REX is the first Certificate of Deposit (CD) Token on BSC. REX is also the first CD Token making it possible to easily transfer deposits (making it a cryptocurrency itself) and to scrape off interest early. These two functions combined lead to something new.

In "REX 2.0", there shall be daily auctions, to provide the initial token distribution. A certain number of "REX 2.0" tokens will be given to auction participants - similar to REX CLASSIC auctions. It is planned, that 5% to 25% - the exact percentage hasn't been determined yet - of this token amount won't be distributed via the auctions, but be airdropped to the REX CLASSIC holders that are in the snapshot. So, those REX CLASSIC holders will have seed capital in "REX 2.0".
