Usually you don’t gain or loose fat in a single day.. it is a repetitive action that leads to you Fat loss goal..

If you eat more calorie than your maintenance calorie then you gain weight similarly if you eat less calorie consistently than your maintenance calorie you loose weight.. And this is the principle..

You might be think that you are in calorie deficit for a whole week but when u refeed a huge cheat without concerning about calorie than there is a huge chance that you might ruin your all progress what you have achieved in past..
