A final year Electronics and Telecommunication student of Orissa Engineering College, Bhubaneswar, "Balanced" is what defines the Deputy Secretary General of OECMUN2k7teen, Payal Chaudhary. A person who has balanced her life in all senses, be it curriculum or co-curriculum, professionalism or personalism. Debating and orating has been in her nerves ever since she was in school. She has taken part in many debates and other activities throughout her school life. She became a part of MUNning life just last year with the 3rd edition of OECMUN, and since then there is no looking back.
