TIPS ON LONG DISTANCE DRIVING:
Practice good riding posture. Do not lean on your forearms when riding, grip the tank with your knees which takes pressure off your back. Take frequent breaks, stopping and walking around for a couple minutes to stretch your legs, arms and back . Keep yourself hydrated by intake of ample fluids and try using a kidney/back support as well. Carry some analgesics too . Make an adventure out of your trip and have fun....
