About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic candidate for the combined role of HR & Business Development Executive. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about people management and business growth. You will be involved in recruitment processes, HR operations, as well as client/lead handling and business expansion activities.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media & internal databases.

Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring teams, and assist in candidate screening.

Handle onboarding activities—documentation, induction, and joining process.

Employee Engagement & Relations

Address employee queries professionally and maintain a positive work environment.

Assist in team-building activities, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.

HR Operations & Administration

Maintain employee records, attendance sheets & documentation.

Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.

Assist in policy implementation and performance tracking.

Identify potential clients through online research, databases, and social media platforms.

Make outbound calls/emails to prospective clients for business opportunities.

Assist in developing business proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel reporting & email drafting.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated and eager to learn new skills.
