Input Tax Credit (ITC) आपका वो सबसे बड़ा फायदा है, जो आप बिज़नेस में हर खरीद पर चुकाए गए GST को अपनी बिक्री पर लगने वाले टैक्स से घटाकर ले सकते हैं।
लेकिन याद रखें—ITC तभी मिलेगा, जब आपकी खरीद का इनवॉइस बिल्कुल सही, वैध और GST नियमों के अनुसार हो।
✔ सही GSTIN दोनों तरफ (खरीदार–विक्रेता)
✔ वैलिड इनवॉइस नंबर और तारीख
✔ हकीक़त में माल/सेवा की सप्लाई हुई हो
✔ सेलर ने GSTR-1 में इनवॉइस अपलोड किया हो
✔ GSTR-2B में इनवॉइस दिखाई दे रहा हो
अगर ये सब ठीक है, तो आपका ITC पूरी तरह सुरक्षित है और आप अपनी टैक्स लायबिलिटी को आसानी से कम कर सकते हैं।
गलत या अधूरा इनवॉइस आपके ITC को रोक सकता है, जिससे नोटिस व इंटरेस्ट का खतरा बढ़ जाता है।
