We were happy to host Ms. Niharika Sarmah from the SeSTA NoDe Team for a two-day visit at AMAN Foundation.

Her visit included:
- Guidance on improving our existing policies
- Useful insights into enhancing our livelihood projects
- Review of our upcoming Annual Report & Quarterly Report
- Field visits to two government schools, where she observed our fellows & Classoom and engaged with communities

A Day of Passion, Purpose and Possibilities!
We’re proud to share that the Assessment Centre for our teaching fellowship took place on 6th July 2025 at AMAN Foundation, Kalgachia.
We had the privilege of meeting inspiring individuals, leaders ready to bring real change to their communities.
From heartfelt lesson plans to powerful classroom demos, each participant showcased their unique spark. They demonstrated not just how they teach, but why they teach.
It wasn’t just about blackboards and flashcards; it was about connection, creativity, and a shared dream of better classrooms for every child.
This meaningful and engaging day was designed and led by our Program Manager, Kaurabi Patra. Her vision and dedication made it all possible.
