Can idlis have stuffing? Why not?!

Take a look at this delicious-looking millet idli with beetroot stuffing!😃

It is made with Possible’s millet idli mix this recipe is protein-rich and easy to make. And stuffed with vitamin B9-rich beetroot, this recipe is an extremely breakfast option.

Try this simple, tasty and super healthy recipe and enjoy it with friends and family. 😋

Ingredients

• 1 bowl curd 5-6 tsp
• Possi ble Millet Idli Mix
• ½ bowl water
• 1tsp oil
• 2 tsp Mustard seeds
• ¼ cup Urad dal
• ¼ Chana dal
• 4-5 curry leaves
• ½ bowl chopped onion
• 1 tsp chopped green chillies
• ½ bowl chopped carrot
• ½ bowl grated beetroot
• ½ bowl boiled potato
• 4 tsp grated coconut
• Salt to taste

Method

• Take curd in a pot
• Add Possible Millet Idli Mix and water to it Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes
• Heat oil in a pan
• Add mustard seeds, urad and chana dal in it
• Add curry leaves, onions, green chillies
• Add carrot & beetroot
• Saute well
• Add salt, boiled potato, coconut
• Cook and let it cool
• Take the idli batter & put half scoops in mould
• Put a spoonful of stuffing over the batter
• Cover it with some more batter
• Steam for 10 mins & serve hot!
