Griffith Laboratories serves the international food industry in a wide range of taste and texture components for food industry customers throughout the world
The children were taken around and explained about the concepts of crafting sauces, bases, gravies and other culinary flavor systems. They had a brief tour around the modern kitchen, they visited the R&D kitchen and got an idea of how their product is developed. The ‘Sensory’ lab got them introduced to food tasting.
After a brief presentation, they donned their ‘protective’ gear and stepped into the shop floor to have an understanding of the processes.
The students had an informative and productive day!

The students of The Brigade School, Malleswaram and JP Nagar had an action packed and eventful day at Vedike. They interacted with local villagers and engaged in several farming activites. They were amazed by the different experience as it was very different from their usual urban setting.
They eneded the afternoon with a hearty village cooked meal and danced away with the lovely children of Vedike School.
