Mr Shivakumar is too good at his job. He is one of the best LIC agent I have met till date. He understands our requirement and suggests the best plan. He answers all our questions without hesitating even if he has to repeat it again and again.His knowledge on all the policies is really great. He is not a person who just sells the policy to meet his targets and forgets the customers later when you need his help in something.He is always available on the phone and is ready to help you with anything you need related your policy. He makes things easy for customers when it comes to paying premium or updating your details etc,. I highly recommend you guys to go through him incase you are planning to take a policy.
