Looking For Management Trainee - Business Development

Job opportunity for graduate freshers having interest in sales and business development.We are HR Recruitment and DMIT consulting company based of Bangalore and have opportunity for freshers to work as Management Trainee for the month of 6 months-1 Year.

Job Profile:

1. Responsible for the Business development activities of the organization.
2. Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions with team members to influence the market
3. Responsible for generating revenue for the company.
4. Generating business for the company by visits and various other marketing activities.
5. Acquiring, Maintaining and Developing relationships with clients via meetings, telephonic calls and emails.
6. Relationship management, building relationships at the executive decision-making level and service offering management level.
7. To maintain a good rapport with the clients and making a long-term relationship.
8. Working with the team of four - eight people thereby ensuring that the targets defined are achieved.
9. Achieving the Sales target for the month and generating revenue for the same.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Good Communication, fluency in English and interpersonal skills.
2. Should have ability to manage the task allotted to him.
3. An ability to communicate effectively with corporate companies,students.
4. A friendly personality and patience.
