Pork Chilli Fry (9/10) - Hotel Tom's Restaurant, Bangalore
Cost - INR 295/-
This delicious preparation is probably one of the best pork dishes I've had. The pieces were of a quality cut with a nice blend of fat and meat, both of which just melted in the mouth. The chillies tingled the taste buds perfectly but didn't make it too spicy that you sweat while eating it. Even non-pork eaters relished this one. A must try for sure! π
