What a month, September was.

Three vastly different programs. And three completely different experiences. It was a rollicking start with over 150 professors learning and reflecting through fun and openness. The energy was palpable—where educators rediscovered the power of play.

The following program sparked multiple insights, especially when the small cohort saw that trust begins with being vulnerable. Fewer faces meant deeper spaces.

We finished off while returning to an office space, where learning was intentional. Participants explored what it means to be a leader and to embody leadership.

Three programs, each revealing a different facet of how transformation occurs—through joy, exposure, and practice.

As organizations evolve into dynamic hybrid ecosystems, team members collaborate, lead, and contribute from anywhere. They are becoming more diverse, creative, and innovative than ever before.

Amid this change, what remains constant are the connections, shared purpose, the energy of celebration, breakthrough moments, and collective wins.

The future may not be just about perfecting hybrid work; it could be about reimagining the limitless potential of what organizations can become, exploring entirely new possibilities while refining what we already have.

Working with TrueNature has always been a great experience. I worked with them when I was associated with Aditya Birla Fashion & Lifestyle, and later Westbury Kommerce, between 2013 and 2023, and we have always been delighted.

The programs are experiential and supportive, helping us understand our team dynamics. The TrueNature activities put us in challenging situations and out of our comfort zone, where we see a whole different side to people. As a leader, I saw new potential in my employees and fresh perspectives.

Today's reflection:
When there's a passage amidst a heap of boulders and rocks with some light coming in, would I peek in, sneak through, or crawl to the other side? The lure "to know" is a powerful motivator.

In his book Beyond Boredom and Anxiety, M Csikszentmihalyi describes this state of adventure as *flow*, an "experience that is engrossing, intrinsically rewarding, and outside the parameters of worry and boredom."

Flow facilitates my experience of enjoyment, well-being, and competence. Through this, I learn more about who I am, and this learning stays.
