We are hiring for Business Development Executive - Inside Sales
Experience: 2 to 5 years in similar domain
Salary: up to 5 LPA
Location: Ulsoor, near MG Road

Functional Responsibility:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities via cold calls and emails
- Generated Leads for training and Recruitment via social media, emails or cold calls.
- Researching accounts to identify key players and generate interest
- Partnering with other channels to build a pipeline and close deals
- Maintaining a database of prospects
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Understanding customer needs and requirements on cold calls
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Inside Technical Sales Representative Skills:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
