> BLISS is part of Suraksha Bharat, a national movement for safe India, initiated on World Ambulance Day, 2015, by Dr N K Venkataramanaa. Dr Venkataramanaa is an eminent neurosurgeon, vice chairman of BGS Global Hospitals, Bangalore and a tireless campaigner for effective trauma and pre-hospital care. He founded the CTC and Sanjeevini in the year 2000 with the motto of providing life-saving care to “accident victims” within the golden hour. Why BLISS in Schools ???
