CodersBrain presenting Jyoti Singh, who believes that “Careers aren’t defined by uninterrupted journeys, but by the courage to restart, relearn, and rise again.”

Jyoti’s journey began after completing her MBA in HR, stepping into IT recruitment with a vision to make Talent Acquisition a strategic driver of business outcomes. Early on, she discovered the impact of building relationships and influencing hiring decisions, and she was drawn to the consultative, people-focused nature of the role.

Managing niche IT hiring under tight timelines while balancing multiple stakeholder expectations posed significant challenges. Jyoti overcame these by moving from a transactional approach to a consultative one—investing in understanding technologies, skill taxonomies, and market trends, refining sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and strengthening candidate engagement. Transparent communication and consistent relationship-building helped her establish credibility and position herself as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner rather than just a recruiter.

A turning point came during the IT industry downturn, with AI disruption, large-scale layoffs, and slowed hiring. Personal circumstances led Jyoti to take a short career break, which extended into a one-year gap. Though re-entry was challenging and confidence was tested, this period became a profound learning experience, shaping her resilience and adaptability.

Her breakthrough arrived with CodersBrain, where she embraced a fresh start. Jyoti focused on ownership, adaptability, and delivering consistent results, quickly proving her capabilities. Within a year, her efforts were recognized with a promotion. At CodersBrain, she expanded her skill set across new domains, regained momentum, and rebuilt confidence, reaffirming her commitment to Talent Acquisition.

What Jyoti enjoys most is interacting with people across all levels—candidates, vendors, clients, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders—acting as a bridge between talent and business needs. The continuous learning and relationship-building keep her motivated.

Codersbrain presenting Afrin, who believes that “Clear communication has the power to resolve challenges, strengthen trust, and shape successful careers.”

Afrin’s journey into HR began with something simple yet powerful—interaction. Drawn to the techniques of communication and the art of understanding people, she stepped into the world of human resources with curiosity and determination. What started as learning how to speak and connect soon evolved into mastering how to listen, negotiate, and build meaningful professional relationships.
Like many early-career professionals, the path wasn’t always smooth. There were moments when personal challenges affected her focus at work, testing her resilience and confidence. But those experiences became turning points. Afrin discovered that directing her energy toward her work didn’t just improve performance—it helped her gain clarity, strength, and balance in life. That realization changed her outlook completely.

One of the most defining challenges in her HR journey has been managing drop-offs after offers were rolled out. Rather than seeing them as setbacks, Afrin learned to approach these situations with patience and empathy. By using open-talk techniques and honest conversations, she found ways to bring closure, rebuild trust, and maintain strong professional relationships—skills that now form the backbone of her HR approach.

This role has been transformational for her in more ways than one. From being dependent, Afrin found a sense of individual independence through her work. HR became not just a profession, but a source of confidence and self-reliance.

Her journey found new direction at CodersBrain—a place she values for its supportive team culture and growth-driven mindset. Excited to be part of an organization that believes in collaboration and learning, Afrin looks forward to creating success stories of her own while contributing meaningfully to the team’s progress.

Looking ahead, Afrin aspires to shine in larger HR roles, continually evolving, learning, and making an impact in the people space. With clarity, communication, and commitment as her strengths, she is ready for the journey ahead.

Codersbrain presenting Prajvali Prakash Kulkarni, who believes that “Growth begins the moment you step out of your comfort zone and choose to keep learning, no matter the challenges.”

If you are working on something that truly matters to you, you don’t need constant motivation—the vision itself becomes the driving force. Prajvali embodies this belief through her curiosity, dedication, and willingness to grow, making a meaningful contribution to the team.

Prajvali’s journey into the professional world began with a strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field. After completing her graduation, she stepped into the corporate space with hope and ambition, eager to find her place and build a purposeful career. What inspired her most was the idea of connecting people with the right opportunities and creating a real impact through recruitment.

But the path was not without challenges. Entering the corporate world after graduation proved to be a testing phase. Rejections, delays, and uncertainty often shook her confidence. Instead of giving up, Prajvali chose resilience. She focused on improving her skills, staying consistent, and learning from every piece of feedback. That phase taught her patience, self-belief, and the value of perseverance—lessons that continue to guide her today.

Then came her breakthrough—CodersBrain. Joining CodersBrain marked a significant turning point in Prajvali’s career. It gave her the opportunity to apply her knowledge in a real corporate environment, gain hands-on experience, and understand professional responsibilities with clarity. The exposure, continuous learning opportunities, and supportive work culture played a crucial role in shaping her confidence and career growth.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of working at CodersBrain for Prajvali is the constant learning. Every day brings new insights—about technologies, people, and processes—allowing her to expand her skill set and grow both personally and professionally.

Looking ahead, Prajvali aims to continuously enhance her skills, take on greater responsibilities, and grow within the organization.
