Responsibilities:
* Animation & Motion Design: Develop and animate high-quality character animations, motion graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro. Work mainly on 2d elements to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
* Character Rigging: Set up and rig characters for fluid, dynamic animations. Ensure rigging setups are efficient and flexible to meet the needs of the production pipeline.
* Typography & Visual Elements: Create and animate visually compelling typography and integrate it seamlessly within motion design projects. Maintain consistency and brand integrity in all visual elements.
* Art Style & Design Consistency: Uphold and maintain established art direction and style guidelines throughout the production of individual videos, ensuring visual coherence and professional quality in each deliverable.
* Collaborative Storytelling: Work closely with designers, scriptwriters, and the broader creative team to understand project goals, contribute creative ideas, and produce animations that align with the project’s narrative and vision.
* Problem Solving: Troubleshoot animation and technical challenges that arise during production and offer creative solutions that maintain the quality of the final output.
* Asset Management: Organize and manage all project files, ensuring clean and efficient workflows that allow for seamless collaboration and file sharing across the team.

Required Skills & Experience:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as an animator or motion designer.
* Expert proficiency in After Effects, with a solid understanding of animation principles, including timing, easing, and pacing.
* Demonstrated experience in character rigging and animation.
* Strong skills in motion graphics, particularly in abstract visual designs, transitions, and dynamic motion sequences.
* A good sense of typography, with an ability to creatively animate text and work it into video compositions.
* Ability to follow and maintain design guidelines to ensure style consistency across projects.
* A solid portfolio or demo reel that highlights expertise in character animation, motion graphics, and typography. Please include links to your reel and any relevant work.
* Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of 3D software (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D) is a bonus but not required.

Nice-to-Have:
* Knowledge of 3D animation software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and ensure consistency of art style and design guidelines across multiple projects.
* Collaborate with designers, animators, and other team members to produce illustrations for digital and print media, including marketing assets, videos, and social platforms.
* Work closely with animators to ensure the artwork is suitable for animation and rigging, supporting character development and motion graphics.
* Provide design support for motion graphics, ensuring seamless integration between illustrations and animations.
* Stay current with the latest trends in illustration and graphic design to continually bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Illustrator or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other mainstream design software.
* Experience with character design, illustration for motion graphics, and a strong sense of typography.
* Animation skills (After Effects or similar animation software) and character rigging experience are a plus.
* Must have a portfolio or reel showcasing strong illustration skills relevant to the above points.
