There has been an update on Google ads last month that Standard delivery will be the only option for Search campaigns, Shopping campaigns, and shared budgets. Accelerated delivery will no longer be available. The switch was scheduled to take place on September 17 but postponed now until October 7. Reference: Search Engine Journal
