What a privilege and honour to have spent the evening with the most generous, present, playful group in Tassawur-e-Tanhai, a reflection on loneliness. I’m so thankful for the images that brought us all closer to homes lost, yearned for and carried within. My loneliness felt held gently, and my solitude properly hugged ✨🫰🏼

And now I must welcome the sensations of having another part of me nurtured, of having my words be invited into this beautiful conversation about the storms we welcome in ourselves to do the work we hope to do. Check in so far: tingling disbelief. But much more profoundly, All my love and gratitude for , who is a tender, thoughtful teacher, a gentle friend and a fierce cheerleader; and whose sheer presence feels like being wrapped in a force field of healing.
