Most of us have grown up *hearing the word biodiversity* in textbooks. Western Ghats, rainforests, and endangered species. And somewhere along the way, we’ve convinced ourselves it’s *too big a problem for one person to solve.*
*But what if it isn’t?*
What if the bird outside your window needs just a bowl of water to survive this summer? What if your balcony can hold an entire food ecosystem? What if a seed you carry in your pocket can restore what years of monoculture destroyed?
On May 23rd, Nirvana Tribe and SAMAM are bringing together artists, farmers, filmmakers, and curious humans in Indiranagar for a day that proves exactly this.
There’s a workshop where you’ll *grow a food forest in a single pot.* Another is where you’ll *build a bird feeder from a coconut shell* and take it home. A *seed exchange where native seeds find new homes*. *Folk music and open performances*. And a *screening of Wagacha Ranga Kai - What is the Color of a Tiger?* - a *documentary* by Rutuja Uttarwar, followed by a panel discussion.
No big solutions. No grand speeches. Just small, real, local acts that quietly change things.
This is what we mean by - *local act, global impact.*
