Job Description (Brief Summary)
• Enhance large scale domain centric applications
• Support real time, customer centric systems in a proactive fashion
• Identify and fix critical time sensitive and customer focused challenges
• Automate common recurring problems causing systemic pain and customer grievance
• Deploy high quality deliverables into production adhering to the security, compliance and SDLC guidelines
• Support the LIVE systems 24 X 7 by participating in on-call rotations

Requirement (Skills + Tech Stack Preference)
• BTech/ BE/MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 3+ years of experience
• Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills, structured thought process and systematic approach towards handling fuzzy problems
• Fast learner, ability to adapt to situations, fast paced environments and never give up attitude
• Extreme proficiency in at least one language such as Java, Python, C++, or equivalent
• Strong scripting experience in python and shell script
• Strong hand-on on querying and exposure to at least one relational or no sql database
• Hands-on on devops and building continuous deployment pipeline
• Good communication both written and oral
• Sound understanding and adherence to SDLC processes and practices
• Prior experience working with Agile/Scrum in team environment
• Exceptional full stack and linux troubleshooting skills.
• Expert level knowledge of at least one configuration management system (Ansible, Puppet, etc.) and other deployment orchestration tools.
• Understanding of standard networking basics such as: HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, ICMP, the OSI Model, Subnetting and Load Balancing.
• ‪Good written and verbal communication skills.‬‬‬‬‬‬
• Understand CI/CD and ability to architect the workflow.

Position: Data Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Specific responsibilities include:
• You should have good hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and operating stable, scalable, solutions to flow data from production systems into analytical data platform (big data tech stack + MPP) and into end-user facing applications for both real-time and batch use cases
• You should be able to work with business customers in a fast paced environment understanding the business requirements and implementing analytical solutions.
• You should have good experience in the design, creation, management, and business use of large datasets
• Do high level design with guidance; Functional modelling, break-down of a module
• Thinking platforms & reuse
• Build and execute data modeling projects across multiple tech stacks i.e. big data, MPP, OLAP using agile development techniques
• Challenge status quo and propose innovative ways to process, model, consume data when it comes to tech stack choices or design principles
• Build and integrate robust data processing pipelines for enterprise-level business analytics.
• Strong engineering mindset - build automated monitoring, alerting, self-healing (restart ability/graceful failures) features while building the consumption pipelines
• Translate business requirements into technical specification (fact/ dimension/ filters/ derivations/ aggregations)
• As needed, assist other staff with reporting, debugging data accuracy issues and other related functions.
• An ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to be able to work with engineering, product and business owners to develop and define key business questions and to build data sets that answer those questions

Desired Competencies and Skill sets include:
• 3-5 years’ experience with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field required
• 2 to 3 years of relevant software development experience with sound skills in database modeling (relational, multi-dimensional) & optimization and data architecture – databases e.g. Vertica
• Good understanding of streaming technologies like Kafka, Spark Streaming.
• Experience with Enterprise Business Intelligence Platform/Data platform sizing, tuning, optimization and system landscape integration in large-scale, enterprise deployments.
• Proficiency in one of the programming language preferably Java, Scala or Python
• Good knowledge of Agile, SDLC/CICD practices and tools
• Must have proven experience with Hadoop, Mapreduce, Hive, Spark, Scala programming.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of performance tuning/optimizing data processing jobs, debugging time consuming jobs.
• Proven experience in development of conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Hadoop, relational, EDW (enterprise data warehouse) and OLAP database solutions.
• Good understanding of distributed systems
• Experience working extensively in multi-petabyte DW environment
• Experience in engineering large-scale systems in a product environment

Position: Data Analyst
Reports To: Project Manager/Hiring Manager

About the role: Data Analyst is an Individual Contributor role where you will be responsible for tracking key metrics through building and maintaining data pipelines and dashboards for visualization. Along with this, you will be expected to have a very good handle on different data streams and address the organization’s data requirements. This role will work across functions with other groups in analytics as well as other departments in the company and will be expected to frequently work on data requests from various stakeholders
What you’ll do:
• Gather user requirements for new reports and enhance existing reports. Interpret needs and design reports to meet end user expectations
• Create and maintain reporting tools and applications to support all strategic and tactical needs of the company. Dashboard development and generation for daily, weekly, monthly and all reporting needs
• Design and develop complex data queries to move and transform data from operational data sources to analytical databases
• Test all new reports/deliverables and periodically review them for quality control
What you’ll need:
Technical capabilities:
• Strong experience in SQL - should be able to build complex and optimized queries
• Strong experience in Excel - should be comfortable with advanced functions. Understanding of macros is beneficial
• Strong logical & analytical concepts in databases, schemas, dimensional modelling
• Good to have : Basic understanding of scripting languages (R, Python, etc.)
• Good to have : Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, Datastudio, etc)
• Good to have : Working knowledge of data warehousing infra tools like Hive
