Let's face it: We,Indians, are a bit blimpish in nature, in other words, stick-in-the-muds. Our excessive vanity & superstitions have somewhat thwarted India's growth story. We Curse the system & blame the government, because it's the most mundane thing to do. Our protests,lectures & activism often make headlines but dwindles in the long run owing to egotism and monotony.Ultimately: as a last resort, we celebrate the quinquennial festival of democracy in a desperate attempt to break out of the vicious circle..Yet, things remain status quo. MAHATMA GANDHI ONCE SAID,”BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD”. IT’S TIME WE REALIZE THAT BLAMING THE SYSTEM WON’T DO US ANY GOOD.INSTEAD, LET’S EXPAND OUR WAY OF REASONING SO WE CAN TAKE STEPS TOWARDS A BETTER TOMORROW.
