🚨 Flash Floods Trigger Landslide in Kishtwar & Doda; Several Vehicles Buried

Heavy rainfall triggered a major landslide near the 540 MW Kwar Hydroelectric Power Project in Kishtwar on Monday, burying several vehicles under massive debris and causing extensive damage.

Rescue teams, along with heavy machinery, have been deployed to clear the debris, recover trapped vehicles, and restore access to the affected area.

Meanwhile, incessant rainfall also triggered flash floods across parts of Doda, disrupting normal life and causing damage at multiple locations. As of now, no loss of life has been reported.

Authorities continue to monitor the situation closely, while rescue and restoration efforts remain underway.
