Casting is a manufacturing process by which a molten material such as metals or plastic is introduced into a mold, allowed to solidify within the mold, and then ejected to make a fabrication parts.its easier to manufacturing in 3d printing compare to other techniques.
RVT stand for room-temperature vulcanization.This is a process in which a two part resin(urethane or silicone)material is mixed together and injected into plastic or rubber mold.As the material cures,it hardens into it's solid form.RTV casting is great option for accurately simulating injections molded material and especially rubber parts.
