🧎Stretchings exercises are the safest and best during pregnancy.
🔸It is a low intensity exercise
🔹Here are the steps to do 🔸 Piriformis Stretch🔸
1) Sit comfortably keep your leg as per shown in the image
2) Bend from spine and Reach towards knee , as much as you can do. Do not over pressurized.
3) Hold for 30 counts/ 30 secs
4) Repeat it for 3 times, 3 sets /day
