NMBS achievements
• Emerging as the most successful socio-technical consultants with sanction of more than 50000 individual housing units (BLC) & 1000 affordable houses (AHP & AHP-PPP) under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Maharashtra.
• Completed Socio- economic survey of more than 3.50 lakh families across Maharashtra.
• More than 4 lakh families were surveyed under Pradhan MantriAwasYojana.
• Geo-tagging of more than 2.85 lakh houses under PMAY.
• 35000+ houses under construction under PMAY.
• Successfully completed 10000+ individual houses (BLC) under PMAY.
• Successfully conducted Angikaar Campaign- a Government of India initiative to adopt the best practices & lead a healthy life while maintaining common infrastructure & basic civic facilities in more than 50 urban local bodies of Maharashtra.
