Your body started attacking itself.
Not because it's broken.
But because two critical nutrients went missing — and nobody connected the dots.
Vitamin D and Vitamin B12.
Here's what the science actually shows
Vitamin D is not a vitamin. It's a hormone.
Every single immune cell — T cells, B cells, macrophages — has a Vitamin D receptor on its surface.

You've read every productivity book.
You have the strategy. The planner. The goals written down.
And yet — Sunday night still fills you with dread.
Monday morning still feels heavy.
The plan still doesn't get executed.
Tony Robbins spent 40 years studying why.
His answer: Strategy is the last thing that matters.
80% of your results come from psychology.
Only 20% come from the mechanics.
The 3S Framework:
STATE — How you feel RIGHT NOW.
An anxious state makes the best strategy worthless.
A depleted state turns a great opportunity into a missed one.
STORY — What you tell yourself about yourself.
"I'm too busy to be healthy" is not a fact. It's a chosen narrative.
"Stress is just part of leadership" is not truth. It's a story that's costing you your health.
STRATEGY — The plan, the steps, the how-to.
Most people start here. It's why most plans fail.
The correct order is State → Story → Strategy.
And here's where my work connects
Your nutrition is the foundation of your State.
Blood sugar crashes = reactive, anxious, foggy State.
Vitamin D & B12 deficiency = the story "I'm just not a high-energy person."
Poor sleep = a depleted State before your first meeting even starts.
You cannot execute a world-class strategy from a body running on empty.
Fix the State. Rewrite the Story. Then watch Strategy take care of itself.
