He has the unique privilege of breaking past many years record at his graduation and was awarded with the chancellors gold medal. He pursued his formal education not only in classical style in Dharmashastra , Vaastushastra and sanskrit up to acharya, but also excelled in modern academic scenario up to doctor of Philosophy. His research students worked creditable in the disciplines of "Vaastu and Astrology" by exploring new dimensions in these fields and were awarded with doctoral degrees, Though, By profession Dr Shastri is Head of sanskrit Department in university of rajasthan. But he has been patronising many vaastu and astrology related institutions by his academic contributions, internationally. The academic bodies of U.S.A, Holland, Austria, Germany, Thailand, England, Kenya and Mauritius have repeatedly invited him for intellectual discourse and lectures on Vaastu, Astrology, Palmistry and Tantra . He had been the chairperson of the panel during the International Astrological Conference at Mauritius and was awarded by the government of Mauritius. He has been the youngest recipient of the National Harit Rishi Award given by Maharaja Mewar foundation, udaipur for his extra ordinary services in "Vaastushastra and Astrology". His Valuable contribution as the Director of Rajasthan Sanskrit academy needs special mention towards development of Indian cultural legacy of Rajasthan, Known as populist column writer and esteemed author of series on astrology and vaastu shastra in well-known newspaper of India Dainik Bhaskar, Dr Shastri's contribution has been unparalled. honourable Guru, renowned Astrologer Pandit Jagannath Sharma of samwasa(Lalsot), His parents and above all the exclusive blessings of his worshipped diety Maa Bhagwati, Without whose blessings he could not have begun his intellectual journey. He believes that wealth and affluence can make a house but it is Vaastu Shastra which turns it into a real home.
