אדם הוא זכאי לויזה בעדיפות הראשונה מבוססת תעסוקה אם הוא / היא בעל יכולת יוצאת דופן, הוא פרופסור או חוקר מצטיין, או הוא מנהל או מנהל רב-לאומיים. לכל קטגוריה בעיסוק בדרישות מסוימות יש לעמוד:

יכולת יוצאת דופן המצליחה להדגים יכולת יוצאת דופן במדע, אמנות, חינוך, עסקים, או אתלטיקה בשבחים לאומיים או בינלאומיים מתמשכות. יש להכיר בהישגים באמצעות תיעוד נרחב.
אין צורך בהצעת העבודה נדרשת. חייב לעמודב- 3 מ- 10 קריטריונים המפורטים להלן, או לספק ראיות של הישג חד פעמי (לדוגמא הפרס נובל, אולימפי מדליה, פוליצר, וכו ').

אקדמים וחוקרים מצטיינים מסוגלים להפגין הכרה בינלאומית בהישגים יוצאי דופן בתחום אקדמי מסוים. חייב להיות לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בהוראה או מחקר שבתחום האקדמי. יש להיכנס לארה"ב כדי לקדם את עמדת כהונה או מחקר. חייב לכלול תיעוד של לפחות שנים ממפורטים להלן ** והצעה של תעסוקה מהמעסיק הפוטנציאלי בארה"ב.
מנהל רב-לאומי חייב להיות מועסק מחוץ לארה"ב בשנים שקדמו לעתירה 3 לפחות שנה אחת על ידי חברה או תאגיד בהנהלה או בתפקידי ניהול, והמבקש לכניסה לארה"ב להמשיך שירות לחברה או ארגון . הפנייה של המעסיק חייבת להיות אמריקנית. מעסיק ושותפים, חברה בת, או באותו תאגיד או ישות משפטית אחרת שהעסיק את האדם בחו"ל.

העותר חייב לעמוד ב-3 מתוך 10 הקריטריונים שלהלן, כדי להוכיח את היכולת יוצאת דופן בתחומו / ה:
• ראיות לקבלה פרסים ארציים או בינלאומי מוכרים או פרסים למצוינות
• ראיות של חברות בעמותות בתחום שדורשים הישג בולט של חבריהם
• עדות לחומר שפורסם בפרסומי סחר מקצועיים או גדולים או תקשורת גדולה אחרת
• עדות לכך שהתבקש לשפוט את עבודתם של אחרים.
• עדויות לתרומות מדעיות, מחקריות, אמנותיות, ספורטיביות, או הקשורים לעסק המקוריים של משמעות גדולה לשדה
• עדות לעריכת מאמרים מדעיים בפרסומי סחר מקצועיים או גדולים או ערוצי תקשורת המרכזית אחרים.
• עדות למוצגת בתערוכות אמנותיות, חלונות ראווה או אירועים דומים עבודה.
• ראיות לתפקיד מוביל או קריטי בארגונים מכובדים
• עדות למשכורת גבוהה או גבוהה באופן משמעותי בתמורה אחרת ביחס לאחרים בתחום
• עדויות להצלחות מסחריות בתחום אמנויות הבמה

• ראיות להשתתפות כשופט של עבודתם של אחרים באותה או ברית תחום האקדמי
• עדויות לתרומות מחקר מדעיות או מחקריות מקוריות בתחום.
• עדות למחבר של ספרים או מאמרים מדעיים (בכתבי עת מדעיות עם מחזור בינלאומי) בתחום

Where do I enroll my child?

Call or visit your local school district’s main office or website to find out which school or schools your child may attend.

What documents do I need to enroll my child?

You need your child’s medical records and proof that your child has certain immunizations (also called shots) to protect him or her from disease. You also may need proof of identification, such as a birth certificate, and proof that you live in the same community as the school. If you have lost these documents, ask school staff how to get new documents. To avoid delays, do this before you try to enroll your child.

What if my child does not speak English?

If your child does not speak English, the school district will evaluate your child’s language skills. The school will then provide your child with the services he or she needs to learn English and to participate in the academic program for his or her grade level. The school district is responsible for providing your child with the right services to meet your child’s language needs, and for informing you in a language you can understand about the services your child will receive. You can contact your child’s school to ask about this process. In addition to language services during the regular school day, some schools offer after-school programs and tutoring to help students improve English outside of school. Your child’s school will tell you what kind of extra help they offer to students learning English.

Who is a Green Card Holder (Permanent Resident)?

A Green Card holder (permanent resident) is someone who has been granted authorization to live and work in the United States on a permanent basis. As proof of that status, a person is granted a permanent resident card, commonly called a "Green Card." You can become a permanent resident several different ways. Most individuals are sponsored by a family member or employer in the United States. Other individuals may become permanent residents through refugee or asylee status or other humanitarian programs. In some cases, you may be eligible to file for yourself.
