I'm so grateful that Rosita & Marc came over from Belgium to cook with me.
They left with me to choose the menu. I was so happy they liked my recipes, that they even purchased my cookbook. Their favorite dish was the stuffed peppers with cheese.
We shared such a lovely cooking time together.

Last week I hosted a cooking class in my kitchen for two English-speaking French guys. Although I also speak French, it was easier for me to deliver the class in English. One of them has Jewish roots and he asked to learn how to make challah. What is more appropriate to eat with fresh challah if not shakshuka?
