אנו מחפשים מנהל/ת פיתוח עסקי וניהול לקוחות עם ניסיון של 1-3 שנים בתעשיית האד טק או שיווק במובייל, להובלת מכירות חדשות, איתור וסגירת לקוחות חדשים ולניהול לקוחות אסטרטגיים. התפקיד כולל זיהוי הזדמנויות עסקיות חדשות, סגירת עסקאות עם לקוחות בעלי ערך גבוה, והבטחת הצלחה ארוכת טווח של הקמפיינים והחשבונות.

מה תעשו בתפקיד?
איתור ופנייה לברנדים של אפליקציות המתאימים לפתרונות השיווק שלנו.
ניהול סייקל המכירה המלא – איתור לקוחות פוטנציאליים, הצגת פתרונות, ניהול משא ומתן וסגירת עסקאות.
שימור ופיתוח מערכות יחסים עם לקוחות חדשים וקיימים, תוך הבטחת הצלחת הקמפיינים.
עבודה שוטפת עם צוותים פנימיים ליצירת התאמה בין הפתרונות שלנו למטרות הלקוח.

כישורים ונסיון נדרשים לתפקיד:
-ניסיון של 2-3 שנים בפיתוח עסקי וניהול לקוחות בתחום האד-טק או המובייל.
-כישורי משא ומתן ותקשורת חזקים, תוך גישה מעשית.
-ניסיון בסגירת עסקאות וגיוס לקוחות חדשים (לא רק בניהול לקוחות קיימים).
-יכולת לנהל מספר שותפויות במקביל ולבצע משימות מרובות.
-ניסיון בשיווק מבוסס ביצועים או User Acquisition.
-היכרות עם פלטפורמות טרקינג כמו אפספלייר, אדג׳סט וכו׳.
-רשת קשרים קיימת בתעשיית האפליקציות או האד-טק.
-נסיון ניהולי יהווה יתרון.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development & Client Relationship Manager with 2-3 years of experience in the ad tech or mobile apps industry to drive new sales and manage key client accounts. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, securing high-value clients, and ensuring long-term success with our marketing solutions.

What you'll do:
-Identify & reach out to new app brands that align with our marketing solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle – prospect, present, negotiate & -close deals.
-Maintain & grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring campaign success.
-Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client goals.

Required Skills & Experience:
-2-3 years of experience in business development, or account management in the ad tech or mobile apps industry.
-Strong negotiation & communication skills with a hands-on approach.
Experience in closing deals & acquiring new clients (not just -managing accounts).
-Ability to multitask & manage multiple partnerships at once.

Ideal Qualifications:
-Experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
-Familiarity with Appsflyer, Adjust, or other tracking platforms.
-Existing network in the mobile apps or ad-tech industry.
