Like many of you, we didn't get to spend this holiday season with our families. 2020 was a very different year, and it's not the worst feeling to start saying goodbye to it and celebrate the strength and the faith that brought us through it. Christmas is about hope and belief. It's about Growth and new beginnings. 8 years ago we took an initiative and decided to open the HSCT for MS program in Israel. This year we hope to take our project to the next level and expand it. But isn't every big goal just a bunch of small steps, aligned in the right direction?

✨Practice self love❤️❤️, be gentle, give yourself time to return to your daily life. Baby steps. Post HSCT period is hard. You gave your all to the treatment: all your mental and physical energy has been invested in coping with your treatment. Now is the time for you and your family to take a look back, recollect. You may discover that this experience has changed your perspective on life.
People around you will have difficulties understanding what you and your family have gone through🤔 This is normal, try not to be angry about it. Find a caring person from your immediate circle, with whom you can discuss these issues. Try to be patient with yourself and your loved once. Set reasonable goals for your progress towards recovery. This is the time to turn the energy, which helped you survive during the treatment, into the energy of life🌞

Our HSCT program is expanding and along with MS, we’ll be accepting patients with three additional auto immune diseases.
