techUK GovTech SME 2021 survey findings
1. 65% of respondents feel that the online platform Digital Marketplace, which allows the public sector to search for people and technology, continues to help improve SME access to the market.
2. 92% of respondents do not believe that government buyers sufficiently understand how small businesses can meet their needs.
3. Top 3 barriers for SMEs: A risk-averse culture within the civil service, too many frameworks, and a lack of meaningful early industry engagement.

How to implement innovative cultures?
Innovative cultures can be fun, and studies show that they are crucial for company growth, but these liked behaviors are only part of the story and often lead to no accomplishments.
