We are proud to share a milestone that reflects the true power of community collaboration and mentorship.

As part of our mission at Fursa Community to drive inclusion and equal access to opportunities in tech, we launched a Fursa Mentoring Program led by our talented alumni, supporting the first cohort from Athar NGO Hub — an inspiring group of young women from the Negev who completed a 6-month QA training program.
Our alumni mentored the participants for 6 months, providing both personal and professional guidance until they successfully secured positions in leading high-tech companies.

This journey was celebrated at the Third Annual Fursa Community Gathering at Microsoft, where we recognized their achievements and welcomed them into a growing network of changemakers in the tech ecosystem.

This is just the beginning. We believe in their potential — and we are committed to expanding pathways for talent from all parts of our society to thrive in the innovation economy.

Community, Innovation & AI 🚀
This week, Fursa NGO held its third annual community event – Yalla AI – in collaboration with Microsoft.

On Monday, Fursa alumni from the Arab society came together for an evening dedicated to artificial intelligence and innovation, under the theme of connecting community, technology, and equal opportunity.

The event included a tech keynote on AI, a professional panel, and inspiring workshops led by AI experts and industry leaders from the Arab society. It reflected the core mission of Fursa – combining technological excellence, mutual support, and real social impact in Israel’s high-tech industry.
A huge thank you to Microsoft for the partnership, and to all our partners, Board of Directors, panelists, speakers, and alumni who make this community what it is 💙

المجتمع، الابتكار والذكاء الاصطناعي 🚀
أقامت جمعية فرصة (Fursa NGO) هذا الأسبوع لقاء المجتمع السنوي الثالث لها – Yalla AI – بالشراكة مع مايكروسوفت.
يوم الاثنين، اجتمع خريجو وخريجات برامج الجمعية من المجتمع العربي في أمسية خُصصت لعوالم الذكاء الاصطناعي والابتكار، تحت شعار يربط بين المجتمع، التكنولوجيا وتكافؤ الفرص.

تضمّن الحدث محاضرة تقنية حول الذكاء الاصطناعي، حوارية إلهامية حول الذكاء الاصطناعي وورشه مهنية قادها قادة من المجتمع العربي. وقد جسّد الحدث جوهر رسالة فرصة – الدمج بين التميّز التكنولوجي، الدعم المتبادل، وإحداث تأثير اجتماعي حقيقي في صناعة الهايتك في إسرائيل.

סיום מרגש למחזור שמיני של תוכנית ההכשרה של עמותת פורסא – Fursa DevOps Bootcamp🎓

שבוע שעבר ציינו את סיום קורס ה-DevOps שלנו שנמשך שלושה חודשים מלאים בעשייה, למידה ואתגרים.

13 משתתפים מוכשרים, מסיימים את התוכנית עם ידע עמוק, ביטחון מקצועי ורוח חזקה לפרוץ קדימה לעולם ההייטק.

האירוע התקיים ב Microsoft - הרצליה וכלל:
🔹 סדנה על כניסה חכמה לתפקיד חדש ולמידה מתמשכת
🔹 הצצה אל עולמות ה-DevOps במייקרוסופט בהובלת Tzahi A.
🔹 חלוקת תעודות, ברכות והמון התרגשות
