Hundreds of teens in Carmiel and Rishon LeTzion recently took part in employment fairs organized by NOAL and Dror Israel, aimed at helping young people prepare for their first summer jobs.
Alongside opportunities to connect with local employers and prepare for job interviews, participants learned about their rights as workers, including fair wages, legal protections, and what to do if those rights are violated. Employers participating in the fairs committed to upholding these standards and providing fair working conditions for young employees.
For many teens, a summer job is their first experience in the workforce. By helping them understand their rights and connect with responsible employers, we are working to prevent exploitation and empower the next generation to enter the workplace with dignity and confidence.
