במפגש השביעי של תכנית היזמות הרפואית, שהתמקד בתהליך ה-Ideation, אירחנו את ד”ר יונה וייסבוך, מומחה אף אוזן גרון ומייסד תוכנית ביודיזיין בישראל.
בחלק הראשון של המפגש, ד”ר וייסבוך הסביר את חשיבות תהליך ה-Ideation וזיהוי הצרכים המדויקים כשלב קריטי לפני התחלת הפיתוח. הוא הציג את מודל הביודיזיין שפותח בסטנפורד, שיתף דוגמאות מניסיונו האישי ומהתכנית של ביודיזיין ישראל, והסביר כיצד יישום המודל הזה יכול להוביל לפיתוח מוצלח של טכנולוגיות רפואיות חדשניות.

לאחר מכן, המשתתפים בתכנית התחלקו לקבוצות עבודה והתנסו בתהליך ה-Ideation על רעיונות מתחומים שונים. בסיום המפגש, כל קבוצה הציגה את התוצרים שלה בפני כל המשתתפים, וד”ר וייסבוך הדגים בזמן אמת כיצד הוא מחדד ומדייק את הצרכים שהועלו על ידי הקבוצות.

המפגש הזה היה צעד משמעותי בהבנת חשיבות זיהוי הצרכים הרפואיים כבסיס לפיתוח טכנולוגי מוצלח!
