Requirements:
• Love for children and a passion for education
• Experience in a childcare setting
• Fluent English speaker
• Excellent communication skills
• Open-minded and team-oriented mentality

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement thoughtful and creative curriculum through a balanced learning approach
• Encourage children to explore and interact with their surroundings
• Help foster healthy relationships between children
• Guide children in developing independence, critical thinking, and social skills
• Track children’s progress and communicate daily with parents
• Collaborate with fellow team members and educators
• Manage daily tasks such as naps, feedings and meals
