PEACE and FREEDOM are not a concept for me — it’s my life theme.
Both is the pulse beneath my story.

I grew up in East Germany.
As a child, I would wake up at night to the shouting and slogans of N***s in the street. Their march past our house.
My birthday, May 1st, was also shaped by marching. Everyone had to go out. Join in. Function. And the sentence I grew up with
“Never again should war come from Germany” is deeply written into my nervous system.

A contradiction I didn’t understand back then.
Today I know:
Everything keeps leading me back to one theme: PEACE & FREEDOM

For me, both begins within.
That is why, 14 years ago, I spent 2 months in a Burmese monastery. In silence. Sitting. Listening.
Searching for what inner peace truly is.

And I keep learning in every moment:
When am I in freedom with myself?
And when do I lose myself in pleasing just to keep peace?

Today, I also spread my message into the world as a DJ.
Without words. Without substances.
Just through the body.
Just through presence.
