While there are many technologies focused on optimizing recruitment in high-tech, other sectors are often left out.

The Israeli Employment Services (IES) wanted to change that and extend the high-tech level of service to the entire Israeli population.

Although there are many AI techniques for recruitment (and the IES have already tried several), they needed something much more accurate and robust. We applied our AI-for-AI technology, and it exceeded their expectations! Similar to what teams of data scientists do, our technology combined leading AI techniques and evolved them automatically.

The IES is about to lead a revolution as they incorporate our cutting-edge technology that enables them to optimize their services for job seekers, taking into account that person’s complexities and facets.

Even for those currently unemployed and who haven’t worked in high-tech.

The solution, empowered by “AI-for-AI”, relies on massive sources of data and will perform an intelligent match between job seekers and employers and scan hundreds of different parameters related to professions, skills, interests, commute times, and more.
