يسعدنا أن نعلن عن فتح باب التقديم لمنح منح للشبكات القائمة على القضايا للتأثير على السياسات لمنظمات المجتمع المدني في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا المخصّصة لمنظمات المجتمع المدني في كل من لبنان، فلسطين، المغرب وتونس.
تهدف هذه المنحة إلى دعم منظمات حقوق الإنسان وحقوق الأقليات التي تنسّق أو تتعاون لبناء شبكات. ويُخصَّص هذا التمويل للمساهمة في إحداث تغيير على مستوى السياسات من خلال دعم إنشاء أو تعزيز الشبكات الميدانية، أو المنصّات الإلكترونية للحوار والحملات، أو المنظمات الجامعة التي تعمل بالفعل كشَبكات. وتركّز هذه المنح على القضايا التي تمسّ الأقليات والفئات المهمّشة على المستويين الوطني أو الإقليمي.
تأتي هذه المنحة في إطار مشروع الأقليات والمساءلة والحيّز المدني (MACS) (2023–2027)، الهادف إلى تعزيز مجتمع مدني أقوى وأكثر شمولاً في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا. ومن خلال التمويل والتدريب والإرشاد، يدعم المشروع منظمات المجتمع المدني في تعزيز المشاركة الديمقراطية والدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان والتواصل مع الجهات الفاعلة الرئيسية، بما في ذلك الاتحاد الأوروبي.
يرجى من المنظمات الراغبة في التقديم التأكد من قدرتها على تقديم تقارير مالية وسردية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب طوال فترة المنحة.

Dear All,
We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Issue-Based Networks for Policy Influence Grants for civil society organizations (CSOs) in Lebanon, Palestine, Morocco, and Tunisia.
This grant aims to support human rights and minority rights organizations that coordinate or are collaborating to build networks. The funding is intended to influence policy change by supporting the creation or strengthening of physical networks, online platforms for dialogue and campaigning, or umbrella organizations already acting as networks. These grants focus on issues affecting minorities and marginalized communities at national or regional levels.
The grant is part of the Minorities, Accountability, and Civic Space (MACS) Project (2023–2027), which is dedicated to fostering a stronger, more inclusive civil society in the MENA region. Through funding, training, and mentorship, the project supports CSOs in advancing democratic participation, advocating for human rights, and engaging with key stakeholders, including the European Union.
Before applying, organizations must ensure that they can provide timely and accurate financial and narrative reporting throughout the grant period.

We at Help Me and Take My Hand Association are pleased to announce the signing of a new partnership agreement under the Minority Rights Group Project, which aims to promote the rights of marginalized groups and support inclusive community participation.

The project is implemented by Minority Rights Group, in cooperation with The Civic Forum Institute in Jerusalem, and funded by the European Union.

We are proud to be part of this important initiative and look forward to creating a positive and sustainable impact within our Palestinian community.
