Bari and Dani Erber have one speed. Full.

Seven children. A philanthropic footprint spanning hospitals, army bases, resilience centers, community day schools, local synagogues, the New York Westside community and Israel’s border communities. Boundless, contagious, utterly relentless energy that leaves the rest of us panting and trying to catch up.

Bari and Dani are one of those couples where you cannot imagine one without the other, and together they are a force of nature the Jewish world is very lucky to have.

Their story is personal. Their commitment is total. And their fun, warmth, and humor make every room they walk into better than it was before they arrived.

Which is exactly why the Erber Family Gesher program at Aish, better known as EFG@Aish, makes perfect sense. It is Aish’s gap year in Jerusalem, though we prefer to call it a bridge year. Because that is exactly what it is. A post-high school yeshiva and seminary experience built to cultivate the next generation of Jewish leaders. The next Bari and Danis.

Driven young Jewish men and women who want to learn more, do more, and be more. High level Torah learning, world class educators, chessed, and an unbreakable connection to Eretz Yisrael and Am Yisrael.
