1 🤎 weather matters: An event in January or August in Israel 🇮🇱 I will insist the venue be indoors. Even if the client sends me dreamy Pinterest pics proving otherwise- it’s such a risk! Venue owners will try to convince you it’s fine but trust me, the weather can make or break the whole event!!

2🤎Extra wait staff

Gotta love this country, when it comes to waiters in Israel let’s just say the rest of the world operates a little differently…Unless we’re talking a five star hotel, I always insist on bringing in extra waiters- even tho it’s an extra cost. Something I cannot stand at events is watching some guests get served while others are still waiting. Short staffing kills the vibe. I will always push the caterer to send their best workers for my events.

3🤎Fake flowers

Sorry! Can’t do it! I just can’t! If you want to put the budget emphasis somewhere else and keep the design simple - totally fine with me. We can arrange simple herb plants and candles for a tasteful touch, or even a lantern as a centerpiece.
That’s why you hired me ❤️not to throw fake flowers and call that design.
