CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY TO REHAB. 🔑
It can take a weak muscle up to 6-8 weeks to respond to a rehab program.
So if your very enthusiastic in the beginning, wanting to rehab every single day and doing too many exercises, you’ll end up giving up by week 2.
It’s OK to miss a workout every so often, the most important part is to trust the process and be CONSISTENT. 👊🏻💪🏻pro
