We’re Hiring: Operation Specialist – Incoming Tourism 🌍
Israel Experts is looking for an Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of incoming tourism, including:
✨ Direct communication with clients and suppliers.
✨ Itinerary planning & pricing
✨ Be the firm's point person for coordinating all logistical aspects, together with the educators and other team staff when appropriate.
✨ Full logistical coordination and on-the-ground ex*****on.
✨ Working in close coordination with outside suppliers and guides, to ensure quality program implementation, before, during and after the tour.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 1-2 years' experience as a Tour Operator/ Operation specialist in the travel industry or an equivalent work experience in a Jewish organization / Jewish Federation / University / Academy etc.
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mother tongue level).
✔️ Promote teamwork, comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle stress and pressure with professional grace.
✔️ Provide comprehensive incoming tourism services to clients, agents, tour leaders and our Educational Planning Department when appropriate.
✔️ Promote close professional working relationships with our clients, suppliers and guides.
